Breckenridge Nordic at 1200 Ski Hill Road has been open since Oct 28th, 2011. 30Km open now with good easy skiing on 100% of all trails, training loops, Troll Forest, Beaver Meadows, Shock Hill, plus great skiing on natural snow on Peak 7 in the New Nordic World. 18Km of Snowshoe Trails and we are 100% are open at BNC.

The Beaver Meadows Cucumber Gulch Preserve Trail is open at BNC.

Trails are open and groomed with a set track and a skate lane.

Cross-Country Skiing & Snowshoeing 1/2 mile above downtown Breckenridge along the Free Ski & Ride Shuttle route that stops right at our front door. Just ask the driver to stop at the Breckenridge Nordic Ski & Snowshoe Adventure Center, at 1200 Ski Hill Road in Breckenridge.  When fully open we offer 30Km of groomed classic and skate Cross Country Skiing & 18Km Scenic Nature single track Snowshoe Trails wind in and through old growth spruce forests, and open Beaver Meadows.  

Breckenridge Nordic has a Shock Hill Olympian's Skier Bridge and two nordic skier tunnels for a continuous looped trail system.  We have a newly expanded cross-country skiing trail system on Peaks 6 & 7 in the White River National Forest.  We manage and groom trails on almost 1,400 acres, under permit by the USDA, Forest Service.  We feature "Kathy's Viewpoint" cabin with a sauna, and lunch table, and the "Hallelujah Hut".  Both are destination warming huts that are heated and open all day, everyday for your enjoyment.  Find the new Cabana outhouse at the Hallelujah Hut this season.

Find intermediate to challenging expert terrain on Peaks 6 & 7 on the New Nordic World trail system.

Skier lodge with wood burning fired stoves in lounges, Josie's Cabin, Kathy's Viewpoint warming hut and sauna, the Hallelujah Hut lunch destination. Ski Lesson & Snowshoe Adventures four times daily and Evening Snowshoe 2 hour Adventures with advanced reservations, ice skating and telemark ski slopes nearby, kid's gear, Women's clinics, Instructor Rendevous clinics each Nov., jumping off point for B.C. skiing on Forest Service trails.

I-70 to Exit 203 Frisco/Breckenridge, travel 10 miles South on Colorado Hwy 9 to Breckenridge, stay on Hwy 9 as you yield right onto Park Avenue, go under the Gondola and at the second stoplight, Park Avenue/Hwy 9 and Ski Hill Road, yield right onto Ski Hill Road. Travel 1/2 mile up Ski Hill Road, past the Shock Hill Bridge (we ski and snowshoe on top of this bridge) and take your second right into our FREE private driveway and Nordic parking. See the Breckenridge Nordic Chalet at the trailhead and gateway to great skiing.
