Colorado Cross Country Skiing at it's best! The Crested Butte Nordic Center offers Nordic skiing, guided ski tours, ice skating, snowshoeing,and sledding. We're located on the free shuttle route in the heart of Crested Butte, a national historic district. Ski or snowshoe right from the edge of our friendly, fun, and authentic mountain town. And the bonus is, you can toss the car keys and ride the free shuttle, or walk to lodging, shops and restaurants.
Our specialties are blue skies, dry snow, and smiling faces!

Must Do: Our yurt, moonlight or lunch tours or an overnight hut trip to the Forest Queen Cabin.
Terrain: 45 Km groomed for classic, skating and snowshoeing: 30% beginner, 40% intermediate, and 30% advanced. In addition, we have unlimited backcountry, with proximity to four wilderness areas to play in.
Facilities & Amenities: Crested Butte Nordic Center is a Rossignol and Atlas Demo Center, with high quality rentals for classic, touring, skate skiing, snowshoeing and ice skating. Changing rooms, and restrooms with lockers are available, as well as a recently refurbished upstairs lounge for relaxing après ski.

Food Service: Snacks and hot and cold beverages are sold on-site. Downtown Crested Butte has an excellent variety of restaurants, and is only two blocks away!
