Never Summer Nordic is a different kind of ski resort. While we do have 25km of groomed trails, there are many more kilometers of backcountry trails that lead to our yurts and beyond. If you are interested in getting some great backcountry turns our guide will show you the way.
We are located in the Colorado State Forest State Park (a parks pass is required) in Gould, Colorado 80 miles west of Fort Collins. Our resort consists of 8 backcountry yurts, 3 drive in access yurts, and 2 backcountry cabins. We groom our 25 miles of trails regularly. In addition our guide will take groups on overnight yurt-to-yurt tours. Our tours include snacks and meals, great views, incredible terrain, and a good chance of a moose sighting. |

Must Do: Overnight tour into the Lake Agnes basin.
Nordic Center Terrain: 25km of trails groomed for classic and skate skiing. Endless guided backcountry trails.
Other Services: We offer overnight tours as well as multi-day tours to our yurts and cabins. We will also haul your gear to your yurt so that it is stocked when you arrive.
Food Service: We offer snacks on our half day tour, lunch on the full day tour, and dinner on the overnight tour.

Daily Programs: Half and full day backcountry ski and snowshoe tours. Our tours are catered to your groups needs. Call for reservations.

Dec. 13- Come join us for Colorado Ski and Snowshoe Day at our open house. We are serving lunch, and having a raffle. Grand prize is a helicopter ride for two!!!
Feb. 28- Gould Ski Scramble. 10k ski race, 5k snowshoe stomp, live music and potluck dinner.
Remember: A Colorado State Parks pass is required and can be purchased at the Moose Visitor Center for 6$. |
